I first joined The Inside Edge in 1996. I was absent nine years after moving to the Big Island of Hawaii in 2006 but re-joined upon my return in 2015. I am the currently serving as the President of the Board of Directors.

In my career, I have been passionate about creating environments that support peak performance and holistic wellness - for individuals, small groups and in large organizations. I held a variety of senior management positions in both business and nonprofit settings since 1996. Currently I work on consulting projects part-time. I have also been a teacher and trainer for over 30 years.

 

A favorite university course I designed is called “Leading for Innovation,” where we explore integrating the creative process into the work environment. I continue to lead workshops and intimate retreats in beautiful places for small groups wanting enhance transitions, personal creativity and consciousness.

 

My education includes an undergraduate degree is in Business Administration from Indiana University and a M.A. degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University (2002). I also have a certificate in Expressive Art Therapies (1989).
